We didn’t plan to have an episode focusing on mindfulness, but that’s how it turned out. Our February 19th show on WCGO featured two interviews, one with Daniel Pyne, a wine lover who has traveled extensively and worked a wine harvest in France, and Morten Sorensen, founder of ISH Spirits, a range of non-alcoholic beverages.
Morten started ISH because he wanted to encourage mindful drinking. He created delicious, non-alcoholic beverages that offered the sensory enjoyment of a drink without the risk of intoxication. His beverages allow those who wish to cut back on or avoid alcohol to enjoy sophisticated beverages. Tom conducted the interview with Morten, and they had a fantastic conversation! (Tip: You can get 10% off your order from ISH Spirits using the code “MINDFUL10” when you order online!)
Dan’s interview (with all three hosts) also focused on mindfulness and spiritual practice: In addition to working wine harvest in France, Dan has completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. He shared his stories with us in a fun and deeply touching interview.
If you missed the show on WCGO, never fear, you can stream or download it from your favorite podcast platform or on Spreaker.

This list is hardly comprehensive, though we hope it will eventually become so. Please let me know if you’d like to recommend a spot or need to correct any information:
